FAQ

Does free shipping include shipping to a residential address?

  • No. Free shipping is to commercial addresses that have a dock and means (forklift) of unloading the lift; free shipping is also offered for lifts shipped to a local truck hub or warehouse where you would pick up your lift with an appropriate size and type of trailer. The truck hub or warehouse would load the lift onto your trailer for you, but you are responsible for strapping down the load.

What products offer free shipping?

  • Free shipping is only offered on BendPak and Challenger Lifts.

What shipping options will I be given during checkout?

  • If you live in DE, D.C., MD, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, VA, WV you will be given some or all of the following options:
    • Standard Shipping to a Commercial Address or Truck Hub *BendPak and Challenger Lifts Only* (Free)
    • Customer Pick Up: 33 Amy Way, Hanover , PA 17331 (Free)
    • Standard Home Delivery: ($450.00)
    • Standard Shipping to a Commercial Address or Truck Hub ($450.00)
    • Delivery and Turnkey Installation ($865.00)
  • If you live in any of the other 41 states you will be given the option:

Can I call in before I purchase a lift to get my shipping options and a quote?

  • Yes. You may call us with any purchase related questions. If you are just looking for a shipping quote under the “Contact Us” tab you can send us an email message. Make sure to put your address in the message box along with any other questions.

If I purchase and pay for the lift online and select the option to be called, if after receiving my shipping options and cost am I able to cancel my order?

  • We use a shipping broker to get you the best rates on shipping and provide you with a few options for receiving your lift to accommodate your needs. If for some reason none of our low cost options work for you, you are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Once I am contacted with my shipping cost and agree to the additional cost how do I pay for that?

  • Our customer service representative will reach out to you to get the credit card or other payment option you wish to use for the shipping costs. For purchases of products online we use a secure third party vendor to process payments so we never see your full credit card number. Therefore, we will ask you again for your payment information.
